Best Exercise to Burn Fat

Now I'll tell you my absolute favorite way to burn stubborn fat-the very best exercise to burn fat is the kettlebell!It works every single muscle in your body, and it's strength AND cardio all in one!Kettlebells are awesome for men and women, they burn tons of calories.You've just got to try it to believe it!It truly and honestly is the best exercise to burn fat that you'll ever find.My favorite exercise system is a kettlebell system.I rate it a perfect 10/10.

Hey, ladies!

This one is strictly for us girls ;-) We all struggle with our lower body area (unless you're one of those lucky women who is just perfect all over-in that case, rock on), and I found a great remedy for that.It's specifically for women's lower body, and it will help you shape your butt, thighs, and hips.It's a very good, effective system.Not my favorite, but good nonetheless.I rate it an 8/10.
